Ainsley spent 14 years building strong leadership and customer service skills in retail management before transitioning into medical reception. For the past three years, Ainsley has worked in the workers’ compensation industry as a Senior Case Manager, driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives by delivering the highest standard of care.
Outside of work, Ainsley devotes her time to caring for her three‑year‑old son and tending to the family property, which is filled with fruit trees and garden beds. She enjoys a partially self sustainable lifestyle with her husband, son, their dog, cat, and flock of chickens.
