Fit Spines is looking for an accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic team of spinal rehabilitation specialists, working in close collaboration with Neurospine Institute’s neurosurgeons and spine surgeons — a recognised multidisciplinary spine and neurosurgical healthcare practice committed to delivering high-quality, integrated care across the full spectrum of spinal conditions.

About the Role

As an Exercise Physiologist at Fit Spines, you will:

• Provide tailored pre- and post-operative spinal rehabilitation to patients referred by the Institute’s spinal surgery and clinical teams.
• Treat patients both in-clinic and in the workers’ compensation space across Perth and metropolitan areas.
• Work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment where rehabilitation is integrated into the broader care pathway for spinal conditions. 
• Play a key part in helping patients recover, adapt and return to functional movement with compassion, confidence and evidence-based practice.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a professional who:

• Holds accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist and has experience prescribing rehabilitation programs.
• Is passionate about musculoskeletal and spinal rehabilitation, and open to learning and applying innovative approaches to care.
• Has strong interpersonal skills and can engage patients with empathy and encouragement throughout their recovery.
• Can confidently assess, prescribe and monitor rehabilitation programs aligned with best practice spinal care.
