Dr Adebola Adeiye joined our practice in November 2023, adding to our service offering of Occupational Health Medicine. Dr Ade completed his Medical Degree in 2006 and then relocated to Perth from Nigeria in 2012.
He worked as a GP and senior medical officer in emergency departments across various hospitals in the Wheatbelt. Dr Ade is also a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Ade is a designated Aviation medicine examiner with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority ( CASA) and is also a Certified Medical Review Officer. He is currently an Occupational Physician Registrar with Australia’s Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
He has a particular interest in fitness for work assessments, injury management, return to work programs and assessments for motor vehicle accident claims.
He works closely with workplace rehabilitation providers and injury management consultants to return injured workers back to their occupations promptly. He is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner ( CIME ) and performs permanent impairment assessments using AMA 5 Guidelines.
Dr Ade also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the University of Otago and is an approved Medical Specialist with WorkCover WA.
