James is a chartered accountant with three decades of advisory experience, including as a director of KPMG and as managing partner of the Perth office of McGrathNicol.
A significant portion of James’ advisory work has been in the healthcare industry, including a focus on business acquisitions and the improvement of administrative and general clinical procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
In his commercial roles as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, James has managed the day to day accounting and finance requirements, whilst applying his skills in achieving improvements in procurement and the recruitment and training of professional.
